Exercise during pregnancyThe stage of pregnancy comes with many changes (physical, emotional) and we need time for ourselves, but sometimes we live a life so hectic that we can not relax, sometimes the option to stop working we can not have and we have to combine stress of work and daily dedication to your little creature and it slowly fills our thermometer calm and we feel that our whole body is not giving proper welfare our baby and we stressed this even more, we want to relax but the factor time does not work out in the embarazotenemos or ease of going to a relaxation center is not present, but who said to relax you must leave your home?

Here I present some appropriate exercises to make them in the comfort of your home, you take little time but are very effective de-stress and best of all that your baby will also feel at a spa where the best and enjoy yourself.

Start with loose clothing and place you find the place that feels more comfortable (you bed, sofa, chair), put some pillows to be rested while you are performing the exercises and your more relaxed start to close your eyes and breathe deep and calm, when you turn your thoughts this controls your feet contracting your muscles for a few seconds and then relax, then repeat this procedure in your calves, thighs, buttocks, stomach, back, upon arrival at your face, do the same with every part of it.
