Interval training One of the biggest mistakes I’ve seen in the halls of activities aimed at present is the lack of training consistency with the objectives set for it. I mean, classes G.A.P. (Butt-abdominal-legs) or authentic record llenazos fitness over the choreographed activities like aerobics or step given the ease of their execution and the sense of work, but … Is that feeling of real work what we get?

Most people who attend activities aimed at fitness centers have a common goal: Burn calories while performing work force resistance suitable and useful for everyday life (the famous functional training that we have already spoken several times ). If we look a bit a few sessions we see that the heart of it goes quite far from optimal for burning calories and the stimulus (resistance) for work-force is minimal resistance (weights dumbbells room aerobics are minimal, elastic disrepair, ETC.) must perform a number of repetitions inconsistent, illogical based on the principles of sports training.

Why recommend an interval work to burn more calories? The option I want to present is as follows: Fractions of a couple of minutes (more or less according to objective, repeat) of cardio at moderate to high intensity strength training interspersed with fewer repetitions, moving more cargo and large body parts and even conducting joint exercises (respecting student safety).

* A short paper and repeated at immediate cardiovascular prevent student fatigue and allow you to keep
* Series with fewer repetitions allow a real stimulus, preventing joint wear and offering a significant improvement to level off as well, again, avoid fatigue.
